Current students from Rutgers University-Newark, Rutgers University-New Brunswick, or Rutgers University-Camden may apply to the Newark College of Arts and Sciences or University College-Newark via the online School-to-School Transfer Application.
Previously enrolled Rutgers students who wish to return and enroll within the Newark College of Arts and Sciences or University College-Newark to complete an undergraduate degree and were not previously academically dismissed, are required to formally re-enroll through the online Re-Enrollment Application.
