Requests for official transcripts of a student's academic work are accepted only from the student concerned. Requests can be made electronically at https://transcripts.rutgers.edu. Transcripts are not issued for students with outstanding financial obligations to the university or for students for whom a disciplinary charge is pending resolution and who have failed to respond to those charges.
Transcripts of academic work include all courses taken and grades received at the university. Students may request a transcript that includes all courses taken while enrolled as an undergraduate student (matriculating, nonmatriculating, and Summer/Winter Session), all courses taken while enrolled as a graduate student (matriculating, nonmatriculating, and Summer/Winter Session) or all courses taken while enrolled in all schools.
