Applications for the Newark College of Arts and Sciences and University College-Newark may be obtained online at http://admissions.newark.rutgers.edu. The admissions office requires all prospective students to use the online application. If students find they need assistance with completing the online application, they may visit the Rutgers University–Newark Office of Admissions located in Engelhard Hall, 190 University Avenue, Newark, NJ 07102, or call 973-353-5205 and an admissions staff member will provide guidance. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
