This sequence provides students with preprofessional training and policymaking theory that will help them enjoy employment in the professional arts world. Students gain marketable proficiencies in creating an arts agency, planning, organizing, leading, fundraising, and coordinating resources. They will understand the necessity of multitasking and working collaboratively. Further, they will be provided with the opportunity to work and network with professionals in the field through scheduled "shadowing," volunteerism, and internships.
