Entry Requirements to Urban Teacher Education Program (UTEP):
1. A declared major from one of the following: biology, chemistry, earth and environmental sciences, English, mathematics, history, physics, Portuguese, or Spanish.
2. Two English composition courses with a minimum grade of a B in each.
3. A minimum grade of a B in all Cluster I courses. While enrolled in 21:300:292 Social Foundations of Urban Education students apply to UTEP.
4. Minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA.
5. Minimum 3.0 GPA in declared major.
