Exchange Registration

Matriculated graduate students may be eligible to take graduate courses at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) or the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). Those wishing to exercise this option must:

1.  receive approval from their graduate program director; and

2.  complete the exchange form obtained from the graduate program office or the Office of the Dean.

For NJIT courses, students must report to Rutgers' registrar. For UMDNJ courses, they should follow the registration procedure required by UMDNJ's registrar and supply Rutgers' registrar with a copy of the approved exchange form.
