Center for Academic Success

The Center for Academic Success (CAS) is committed to enhancing student retention and success by providing assistance to students through a variety of academic support services. All services are available throughout the year. Peer tutors provide one-on-one and group tutoring for all undergraduate nursing students on the Newark and New Brunswick campuses. Academic coaching for both graduate and undergraduate students is also available. Our coaching services offer students professional instruction in skills relevant to a health sciences education such as test-taking strategies, active reading and note-taking strategies, time management, and stress management.
