Rutgers Conservatory at Shakespeare's Globe in London gives serious theater artists intensive conservatory training in London under the most accomplished theater artists in the United Kingdom. Through access to the Globe space, master teachers, scholars, and practitioners, this program fulfills the two-fold mission of both Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and Shakespeare's Globe by combining the best of conservatory training in a professional theater of international stature.
Rutgers sends B.F.A. and M.F.A. acting students abroad for six months of conservatory study at Shakespeare's Globe. Designers study in London for the fall semester of the third year.
