Bachelor/Master of Labor and Employment Relations

This program allows qualified students to complete both a bachelor of arts (B.A.) degree in labor studies and employment relations, or a bachelor of science (B.S.) degree in labor and employment relations, and a master of labor and employment relations (M.L.E.R.) degree in approximately five years of full-time study. Graduates have been successful in obtaining responsible positions in labor/nonprofit organizations, the public sector, and in corporations in labor relations, human resources, health and safety, training, diversity/equal employment opportunity, and related fields.
