In accordance with university regulations, attendance is expected at all regularly scheduled meetings of a course. Absences due to religious observance, university-sanctioned activities, or illness documented with the office of the associate dean of Academic Programs and Services are treated as authenticated absences.
It is the policy of the Rutgers University not to cancel classes on religious holidays.
