Students are responsible to keep informed about all academic policies and procedures. In addition to the contents of this catalog, important information about the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences (SEBS) can be found at the school's website (www.sebs.rutgers.edu). Updated information about course schedules and schedules for final exams can be found at scheduling.rutgers.edu. Students are responsible for maintaining contact with their academic adviser and keeping themselves informed of policies, procedures, and changes announced in these publications, sent to their email accounts, printed in Green Print as official notices, and posted on bulletin boards in the Office of Academic Programs and Research and the offices of the various departments.

Students also are responsible for checking their email and their campus Post Office Box (CPO) on a regular basis. Correspondence from the school and the university is sent to the student's campus email address and/or mailed to the student's CPO.
