05:300:421 Language and Linguistics I (3) Examines a variety of grammatical and sociolinguistic descriptions of language and considers the critique they offer of traditional school grammar. 05:300:422 Teaching Literature: Readers, Texts, and Contexts (3) Examines a variety of theories about what literary reading is and why it should be taught.
