For a student whose program includes a thesis, the thesis must be approved by the chair of the student's committee and accepted by the other members of the panel. The final draft of the thesis should be prepared in accordance with the instructions available on the Electronic Theses and Dissertations submission website, https://etd.libraries.rutgers.edu. After the thesis has been accepted by the committee, the approved document must be submitted electronically to the dean of the Mason Gross School of the Arts no later than four weeks before commencement (or no later than the announced deadline for October- and January-dated diplomas).
