Brook Hersey is a graduate of the
GSAPP clinical psychology program. She is a licensed psychologist who, when not
at GSAPP, is in full-time private practice in New York City. She has pursued
postdoctoral training in psychoanalysis, trauma-focused treatment, and college
mental health. Her clinical interests include relational models of
psychoanalytic therapy, psychotherapy integration, and the application of
psychoanalytic treatment modalities to real-world settings. She is at GSAPP one
day a week, teaching and mentoring students interested in psychodynamic work.
