Scholastic Standing

Clinical Psychology Program

The faculty may consider a student for possible termination from the school for any of the following: a combination of three grades of C or lower in coursework, Incomplete (INC) which have not been remediated to completion, or No Credit (NC) in practica, supervisory courses, or internship; failure to pass the comprehensive examination; consistent inability to meet practitioner requirements as evidenced by faculty or supervisors' evaluations; or inability to complete a dissertation.

School Psychology Program

For the school psychology program, all required courses must be passed with grades of B or better. Grades of C in two required courses, or a combination of two grades of C and NC in required courses and practica, will be grounds for termination. Two grades of C in one required course, resulting from a second registration in a course after obtaining an initial grade of C, will also be considered grounds for termination.
