Transcripts


Requests for official transcripts may be completed online, or be submitted in writing to the Department of Records and Transcripts, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Office of the Registrar, 65 Davidson Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854-8096. The request should include the student's social security number, the school in which the student was enrolled, the dates of attendance, and any other relevant information. It must be received at least 10 working days prior to the date the transcript is desired. There is no fee for providing transcripts.
