University student identification cards are sent by campus mail to the
student's graduate program office on or about November 1 for fall
admissions and March 1 for spring admissions. Thereafter, continuing
students are sent a revalidating sticker for these cards on or about
October 15 during each fall term. Students should contact the
registrar, Room 200L, Administrative Services Building, Busch campus,
to replace missing or lost ID cards. The replacement fee is $5.
The Bloustein School also has an access card used for entry and exit to
the school and its facilities. There is a nominal fee charged for use
of this card, as well as a printing fee for degree graduate students of
the school.
