Requests for official transcripts should be addressed to the Department
of Records, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Office of the
Registrar, 65 Davidson Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854-8096. The request
should indicate that the student was enrolled in the Edward J.
Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, identify the dates of
attendance, and give any other relevant information. It must be
received at least 10 working days prior to the date the transcript is
desired. Forms for making the request may be obtained from the
registrar. There is no longer a fee for transcripts.
