Graduation



Students must have successfully completed a minimum of 124 credits for the four-year prelicensure program and a minimum of 89 credits for the R.N. to B.S. in nursing program.  Students must have earned a minimum of 30 of their final credits at Rutgers University. Students are responsible for notifying the registrar concerning their expected date of graduation (see Degree Requirements chapter in this catalog for specific instructions).

Graduation with Honors
The bachelor's degree is conferred with honors on all degree candidates with a minimum
cumulative grade-point average of 3.5. The requirement for high honors is a cumulative grade-point average of 3.75. The minimum requirement for highest honors is 3.9. To be eligible for an honors degree, a student must successfully complete at least 45 credits within Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, as a matriculated student in accordance with the Rutgers University policy.
