A minor in Africana studies requires that students complete 18 credits. Six credits may be at the 200 level and at least 12 credits must be at the 300-400 level. See the list of approved courses for the major.
Special Topics courses in various departments may also be taken for credit toward the Africana studies minor with the approval of the director.
