A minor consists of 18 credits, 10 of which must be above the 100 level and 6 of which must be at the 300 to 400 level. The department offers minors in anthropology, criminal justice, and sociology, and several of its courses count toward the justice and society minor and toward special programs in Latin American studies, nursing, social work, African-American studies, and women`s studies. At least half of the credits in the minor must be taken at Rutgers.
