Degree Program Offered:
Master of Fine Arts

Graduate Director: Lauren Grodstein (856-225-2934)

Rutgers–Camden's master of fine arts (M.F.A.) program offers a mix of workshops, craft courses, literature courses, and the celebrated Rutgers Summer Writers' Conference, a week and a half of intensive summer study with some of the most famous names in poetry, fiction, memoir, and publishing. While our students concentrate in fiction, poetry, or narrative nonfiction, they are encouraged to enroll in workshops and craft classes in genres and disciplines other than their own and with teachers who publish across genres.
