Colloquium Series

The Library and Information Studies Colloquium Series is an integral part of the master of library and information science (M.L.I.S.) curriculum, providing students with the opportunity to hear presentations from leaders in the library and information professions and to discuss current issues with them. All students must enroll in the colloquium series (17:610:502) during a semester late in their program of study. Students may seek permission to attend seminars, talks, and workshops held in the professional community to fulfill some of the colloquium requirement.
