Students
whose cumulative grade-point average is 3.5 or better for their four
years of college receive one of the following honors designations on
their diploma. (Only courses completed in the university may be counted
in the average.) 3.85 or better = magna cum laude
3.70-3.84 = summa cum laude
3.50-3.69 = cum laude
