The M.P.H. in occupational safety and health degree will prepare students for a
challenging career in reducing workplace risks. Every sector of our nation's
and state's workforce relies on dedicated occupational safety and health
professionals to keep workers safe from occupational hazards and natural and
manmade disasters. The student's area of specialization should play an
important role in the choice of department(s) and consequently, in their
program location.
