- M.P.H., M.S., and certificate applicants for spring deadline: (to begin in January)
- October 15 (Applications will continue to be received after October 15 on a space-available basis.)
- M.P.H., M.S., and certificate applicants for fall deadline:
(to begin in September)
- May 1-February 15 for early decision
(Applications will continue to be received after May 1 on a space-available basis.)
- Doctoral applicants for fall deadline: (to begin in September)
- April 1-January 15 for early decision (Doctoral applications are only accepted for fall.)
