Advanced undergraduates who have a 3.2 or higher grade-point
average and have completed the general education requirements and 80
percent of their undergraduate major may be permitted to take master of
public administration (M.P.A.) courses in their senior year with
permission of the M.P.A. program director or associate dean for academic
and student affairs. (See also B.A./B.S./M.P.A. degree section.)
Transferring Graduate Credits from an Undergraduate Degree
If a student received credits
for graduate courses as part of an undergraduate degree, these credits will not
be transferred into the M.P.A. program unless the student is in our five-year B.A./M.P.A. program.
