Leadership of Public Organizations


The 18-credit graduate certificate program in leadership of public organizations offered by the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers University-Newark provides students with a focus on human resources topics including best practice policy; diversity and inclusion; management and leadership techniques; and a comprehensive review of all local, state, and federal policies that govern employment and employment practices.

Students seeking the leadership of public organizations certificate complete six (6) required courses for a total of 18 credits.
