This online catalog provides a summary of the rules governing academic work at the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA). Students are expected to refer to the online catalog and to familiarize themselves with the principal rules and regulations contained in it. All academic and other regulations established by the faculty and the administration of SPAA and the Board of Governors of the university are subject to amendment at any time. Any significant changes made after the publication of this catalog will be circulated to registered students through the school website and graduate program offices.
