Teaching Involvement

Students are expected to develop their teaching skills in preparation for academic careers. The school expects students who do not receive financial assistance to gain a minimum of four semesters of teaching experience through teaching assistantships and instructor assignments. Students who do receive financial assistance teach during 40 percent of the semesters for which funding is received.
