Undergraduate Degree Programs

Bachelor of arts degrees in communication, journalism and media studies, and information technology and informatics are conferred jointly by the School of Communication, Information and Library Studies (SCILS) and the faculties of several of the undergraduate schools in New Brunswick. Students enter Rutgers as freshmen through one of the four-year schools at the university, and may then apply to SCILS for a major when they have completed certain requirements.

This catalog has a focus on graduate education. For details about all SCILS undergraduate programs, visit the current Rutgers-New Brunswick Undergraduate Catalog at http://catalogs.rutgers.edu/generated/nb-ug_current/index.html.
