Rutgers Business School-Newark and New Brunswick (RBS) offers dual-degree
options for undergraduate students who wish to pursue a master of business
administration (M.B.A.). The Future Leaders Accelerated M.B.A.
program can be completed by students pursuing a bachelor of science (B.S.) or a bachelor of arts (B.A.) degree.
Students in the program earn their undergraduate degree
as well as an M.B.A. from RBS, the top-ranked business school
in New Jersey. Students in the Future Leaders Accelerated M.B.A. program will
follow a traditional undergraduate degree track their first three years, and
then are permitted to take four M.B.A. core courses (12 credits) in their fourth
year, at the undergraduate tuition rate, to satisfy their undergraduate credit
requirements and obtain a jump start on their M.B.A. Once students confer their
bachelor's degree, they have the opportunity to complete the M.B.A. program either
full time or part time as a student in the Flex M.B.A. program. If a student
chooses to go full time, they can potentially complete the M.B.A. portion in one-and-a-half to two
years.

Requirements/Eligibility
Students in their junior year who meet the requirements may apply for
admission to the Future Leaders Accelerated M.B.A. program.
Students must meet the following
criteria to be considered:

Apply in the spring semester of the junior year by May 1
-
Submit a two-page essay. Students will be able to choose one of three topics
as part of their online application.

Maintain a GPA of 3.3 or above
-
Earn a B or better in both calculus and statistics prior to the
senior year (only college-level courses accepted; no AP Credits)

Obtain a GMAT score in the top quartile
-
Complete 90 credits by the end of their sixth semester
-
Submit a letter confirming eligibility from their academic dean
-
Submit two letters of recommendation. We would prefer one of these
letters to be professional (from an internship or summer job).
