Rutgers Business School Office of Technology and Computing Services (OTIS) offers complementary basic consulting services to students with regard to any problem they are experiencing with their laptop computers. The range of assistance provided varies depending on the problem encountered as well as the manufacturer of the laptop, however the staff of OTIS is very knowledgeable and is willing to assist in resolving such problems or providing guidance for resolution. OTIS also provides consultation to students with regard to the purchase of technology.
