Joint Undergraduate/Graduate Degree Programs in Business Administration and in Criminal Justice
University College-Newark has two combined bachelor's/master's degree
programs. The first is between the college and the Rutgers Business
School: Undergraduate-Newark and permits students studying in a
bachelor of arts curriculum at University College-Newark to obtain both
the bachelor of arts degree and a master of business administration
degree in an accelerated period of time. The second program is between
the college and the School of Criminal Justice and permits students in
either a bachelor of arts or bachelor of science curriculum at
University College-Newark to obtain a bachelor's degree along with a
master's degree in criminal justice in an accelerated period of time.
Students in either program complete their junior year at University
College-Newark. The student then enrolls in the graduate program.
Credits earned in the graduate program are counted toward completion of
the University College-Newark degree. These programs are highly
competitive, and students who wish to apply must demonstrate strong
