Scholastic Standing

The rules of Rutgers School of Law-Newark governing scholastic standing--including statements on academic probation and dismissal--may be found in the Student Handbook, which is provided to each student at the beginning of the academic year and found on the law school website. Generally, a student whose cumulative GPA is less than 2.33 is on probation and may be subject to dismissal.
