The School of Law - Newark 2010-2012 Admissions Special Visiting Status Admission

Special Visiting Status Admission
Students enrolled in other accredited law schools may be permitted to take courses at the School of Law-Newark with the earned credit transferred to the student's home law school.

Applications are accepted for fall and spring semesters. A cumulative grade-point average of 2.0/C or better is required. Special admission decisions are based on the number of available seats and the student's hardship necessitating the request. Only students entering their final year of legal study will be considered.

To apply, candidates must submit a Special Student Admissions Application form available on the law school website, a letter of permission from the dean of their home law school, and an official law school transcript or a grade sheet. The application for visiting status is found on the law school website.
