The post-master's certificate in family nurse practitioner in emergency
care program is 24 credits with a minimum of 675 clinical hours.
Graduates
will be eligible to apply for certification through the American Academy of Nurse
Practitioners as an emergency nurse practitioner. After successfully obtaining adult or family nurse
practitioner certification, graduates can apply for emergency nurse
practitioner certification from the American Academy of Nurse
Practitioners.
