The College of Nursing offers registered nurses the opportunity to obtain a bachelor of science (B.S.) degree with an option to take master's courses to accelerate professional development.
With the master's degree option, graduate courses can be taken while completing the baccalaureate degree. R.N. students with a minimum 3.0 grade-point average can earn up to 12 graduate credits to meet master's degree requirements. Selected graduate courses may be used to meet both baccalaureate and master's degree requirements. On completion of the baccalaureate degree, students can apply to the master's program and the graduate courses taken in the baccalaureate program will apply to their graduate program credits.
