Disciplinary Hearing Procedures

The Office of Student Conduct administers the University Code of Student Conduct with the goal of ensuring orderly functioning of the university and to protect the university community and its integrity. It adjudicates all offenses, both academic and nonacademic.

The Code of Student Conduct can be found at: http://policies.rutgers.edu/10211-currentpdf.  It specifies prohibited types of behavior, the sanctions that can be applied and the procedures for handling student disciplinary cases. It is the responsibility of all university students to familiarize themselves with these regulations.

See also the University Policies and Procedures section of this catalog.
