When courses offered by the student's engineering major department
are repeated, the original grade of F or D normally is not removed from
the cumulative grade-point average. For all other courses, students are
allowed a maximum of four grade replacements. After the course has been
repeated, the student submits a form at the Office of Academic Affairs
(ENB 100) and an E prefix is applied to the original grade which
removes it from the grade-point average.
