The Graduate School-New Brunswick and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS) offer a combined doctor of medicine/doctor of philosophy (M.D./Ph.D.) program.
In addition to applying to the Graduate School-New Brunswick Ph.D. program, students must also apply to the M.D./Ph.D. program via the AMCAS online system, selecting RWJMS M.D./Ph.D. Students will be selected for the program on the basis of previous academic work, Medical College Admission Test scores, and letters of recommendation.
