Requests for official transcripts should be addressed to the
Department of Records and Transcripts, Rutgers, The State University of
New Jersey, Office of the Registrar, 65 Davidson Road, Piscataway, NJ
08854-5603. The request should indicate that the student was enrolled
in the Mason Gross School of the Arts, identify the dates of attendance,
and give any other relevant information. All requests must be received
at least 10 working days before the date the transcript is desired.

online at http://nbregistrar.rutgers.edu.
