Readmission or Restoration of Active Status

Students who have interrupted their graduate registration without completing their degree program and who failed to register for matriculation continued must apply for readmission to resume their studies. Under the readmission process, these students must pay a restorative fee for each semester in which they were not enrolled and fill out the appropriate readmission forms. These forms, which are available from the Office of the Dean, require the signature of the graduate program director.
