Heather Mitchell earned both her B.A. and M.A. from Rutgers University. In 2014, she earned her M.L.I.S. from Rutgers and became the technical services librarian.
She has published "The Times, They Are Changing," Technical Services Quarterly (Volume 34, Issue 2).
