This program prepares teachers to serve as Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultants (LDT-C) in the public school systems (K-12). The certification is granted only to master of education candidates in the special education program. Applicants are required to have a New Jersey standard instructional certificate and three years of classroom teaching experience.
