This program prepares teachers to serve as Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultants (LDTC) in the public school systems, K-12.  The certification is granted only to master of education candidates in the special education program.  Applicants are required to have a New Jersey standard instructional certificate and three years of classroom teaching experience.
