Endorsement Program in Supervision (Certification: Supervisor)

Coordinator:   Dr. James Giarelli (732-932-7496, ext. 8209; email: giarelli@rci.rutgers.edu)

The supervisor certification program requires a New Jersey standard instructional certificate or educational services certificate and three years of documented full-time experience under that certification prior to enrollment in the program and a master's degree. The program is not aligned to any specific degree program, does not lead to a degree of any kind, and is usually completed exclusively through the Graduate School of Education Office of Continuing Education's off-campus sites. If students are interested in taking an endorsement course offered on the New Brunswick campus, they must obtain special permission from the instructor.
