Student Responsibility to Keep Informed

The online catalog of the Graduate School of Education, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is the student's official guideline for information, policy, and procedures governing educational programs. Students should refer often to the Graduate School of Education online catalog and should become familiar with its contents. Additional information regarding scheduling, registration, and deadlines is provided each term on the Office of the Registrar's web site (http://registrar.rutgers.edu) and GSE web site (http://gse.rutgers.edu).

The academic adviser is the student's mentor and guide for the academic program. The student should consult with the adviser regularly--at least once each term.

For assistance with general rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, the staff in the Office of Academic Services, Room 110 in the Graduate School of Education, is most knowledgeable and helpful, and the staff members welcome the opportunity to assist students.
