The privileges of registration, advance registration, receipt of a
diploma at commencement, and receipt of transcripts of record are
barred to students having outstanding obligations to the university.
Obligations may take the form of unpaid monies, unreturned or damaged
books and equipment, parking fines, other charges for which a student
may become legally indebted to the university, and failure to comply
with disciplinary sanctions or administrative actions.
University departments and offices may place "holds" on registration,
diplomas, and transcripts for any students having an outstanding
obligation.
