Women's Leadership Conference (WLC) is aimed at graduate students at Rutgers University who are looking for a space to discuss our challenges and successes as professional women about to begin or return to our careers after graduate school. The mission and goal of the conference is to highlight our strengths and acquire new strategies that will propel us forward in future endeavors.
